No, the author said its on hold while they are at college.
Can someone help? I've completed the mission from scarlett to buy clothes with timmy and am now not getting any new missions, am i missing something?

Yeah, the author kind of just disappeared. There wasn't much additional content from the public build. Here's the changelog for 2.4.1:
Content:
- Quest #17 & #18 for betas
- Expanded the player's house: sister's room, mom's room, bathroom, kitchen
- Player can find items in some of the rooms and re-fill energy in the kitchen
- Scarlett now offers an alternative option when the player owns her money (scene depends on how far advanced the player is in story)
- 2 new therapy sessions with Sphinx
- New play zone: glory holes
Features:
- Player can now steal dildo from mom to finish quest #14 (for betas)
- Player can now find waxing/shaving kit in bathroom if they have the quest instead of buying
Tweaks & bugs:
- Betas now get paid for using the stocks, alphas also need to pay for service
- Talking with Mox should no longer cause a soft-lock
- Players couldn't equip high heels after maxing the skill
- Players now get xp for getting found by the minotaur in the labyrinth
- Added a to access Sphinx from the city too

The worldbuilding is great.
The characters are few and different. Some could be introduced better.
The plot is interesting.
The photos/gifs/images are well chosen.
I was wondering why I didn't leave any comment before. I suppose I was waiting for more content for the alpha path. And since it's the latest version and the game is abandoned, I'll share my thought, even if its usefulness may be small.
The alpha path is really dim. The only way to progress is through Rose's storyline or the right nerveware. Doing bottom actions is counterproductive with stats and other people reactions (though a power bottom or a versatile play could definitively be possibilities). If you encounter an alpha, you're forced to bottom. There's not much to do at home (a porn mag and masturbation, even fingering is useless), nor in the shopping district. The gym and glory holes are for betas. Scarlett and Timmy as well. The labyrinth is tedious.
We're supposed to have a step father and a brother (it serves no purpose knowing it if there's no interaction with them).
Talking to Mox leads to a dead end. The leader board seems to not work. It could be helpful to know the results/gains of an item before trying it. It's impossible to work at the restaurant after some time (just a text and no credit anymore).
I found 3 errors :
In the sister's room, when you come back after taking the porn mag (cf files).
In contacts, with Rose (cf files).
When receiving a blowjob at the restaurant (cf files).
It could have been a good bi game with more flexibility.
Good continuation.
