Yes. The full version is on Steam.
The demo version of season 1 and 2 is 70 percent of the game. So it's only nominally a demo.

I'm not much of a "patreon-type-of-a developer" so this is one of the few ways for me to get anything to keep making the game.
Also, 70% of the whole game seems like a pretty fair deal to me, that's enough to figure out if it's even worth spending money on or not.

Generally speaking, you could start with chapter 1 of the Stories Season as well. Because it is, on the whole, a good representation of the game. And it doesn't spoil anything in particular.
It's true that there is no expanded tutorial for combat, as in season 2, but in general it is clear how to play.
Although in season 1, there is no combat, just a set of mini-games.
