you need to open safe, to do that

-Go to dads office in afternoon, go to the shelf on left (where he normally stands in morning)
-pick that note from inside
-click on chair and then click on safe
you will get the 2nd company name

Follow the Celia blackmail quest as described in the walkthrough. There is no interdependence - you can do this regardless of how far you have progressed in the game. 5 - makeout with Celia in boy's toilet. 6 - BJ or anal in boy's toilet. 7 - teaching with remote controlled vibrator in pussy - Classroom 1.

These happen the day after you give the orders during the evening webcam sessions.

I triggered the event with Violet in the dark alley in the afternoon, if I remember correctly.
