you will need the red book from his car, or if you already have it, have it selected click on the book self on the right side of the fire place and place the book, you can place it on the bottom self and the door will open

this is not in the update, her story line ends after the last scene, and you get the +1 relationship point, but i do think it's a bug on how everyone is getting this text after you finish her story line in this update

at night when she is sleeping, go into her room, you have a new option to wake her up and she will give you a bj, for sara, nope
