The first game should fit, and is the closest thing I know to BW in terms of MC being a reluctant fucktoy. Succum Brewery fits well too, but she's more eager.

=Succubus Connect= This one is a bit interesting, you play a female MC that must embrace the power of her succubus companion to fulfill her quest. Card based fights with mid-fight H-scenes but the game does ask you to run around town and basically having random dudes bang you...

=Mesugaki Chan Wants to Make Them Understand= Not a huge fan of this one, plus you also mentioned that you didn't really want your character to be a whore, but...eeeehhhhhhh good enough.

=President Yukino= Fits your requirements quite well, but is mostly based around cheating content.

=Perfect Service= Why ask for one, when you can have two!

=Cuckolding Elfen Fire Sofia= Ignore the title lol, the dude gets mentioned once and you never interact with him anymore, but yea...more cheating content...damn I got a lot more of those than I thought...

=Lost Chapter= One hell of a hidden gem of a game, mostly centered around deck building and card fights, but solid game regardless.

=Tales of the moon= Not my best recommendation since the game has recently gone through a rehaul, so it is quite short. But the scenes are fine and the atmosphere is kinda cool... plus the artstyle is dope.
