Contact with the alien.... go to the pool at 2300, to 0200 at night, should give you a button to sleep on the lounge, that will initiate the "contact"

For the Addict achievement, buy the drug pill bottle from the guy in the Alley at night, and use it until you reach 100% addiction and knock out.
