I have a problem; I installed v0.45 + incest patch, and whether I do the intro or skip it, once the bedroom screen shows up an error message pops up. Clicking "ignore" several times (no rollack option) I see jerk time, then error again and goes inside the computer and endless loop if I close it...

The incest patch is broke, don't use it the game will break.

I have reported to the mods about it several times to remove it from the OP but they never did.

When you have the emotion bar click the door to close and select the penis icon and there are characters there.

But this is just a slideshow image of the scenes.

You could have a look see below and try some of the methods:

there are no new tasks, only 4 (according to changelog) new scenes:

- go to the pool at night
- go to the park at night
- wait for Isabella to appear at nigh in Julia's bedroom (you'll see her picture on top of julia)
- no clue for Isabella in MC bedroom so far

There are some nights she's sat on her own.

Watching bar dancers is her being alone.

She's either there with people playing with her or sat on her own, that's when you talk to her.

I looked in the code for the New Scene: Isabella & MC Sleeping in the new update v0.46

If I understand correctly the conditions:

- MC's bedroom

- julia.storyLvl >= 80: Julia relation >= 80%

- gameTime.day in [1,3,5] and gameTime.hour in [18,19,20,21,22,23,0,1,2,3] :
Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 0h and 3h
or between 18h and 23h (remember day changes at 0h)

- numberRandom() > 4 : 50% chances to trigger

- player.can(20): energy > 35%

- hidden condition: you must SLEEP, not TAKE A NAP. (i.e. energy <= 60%)

Here is my personal incest patch. It doesn't require a specific version of the game, but it's always okay and uses the simple ".replace" function in python which allows you to replace words in text files (such as dialogs). So Julia becomes Mom, Lucy -> Sis, Emma -> Aunt Emma etc. (Just unzip it in the "game" folder).

EDIT:
I made a small improvement to my patch (V2). There shouldn't be more dialogues (I hope), in which the other characters (other than the protagonist), speaking with Julia for example, refer to her as "Mom" (the same applies to Emma, Lucy, etc).

UPDATE
Version 1 actually works with the new game (0.60) as well, but with the old dialogue problems. Version 2 strangely doesn't works, but I don't know why yet. Something has certainly changed in the dynamics of the dialogues, which are always problematic in this game for several reasons: sometimes the names derive from the values of the game variables ([sRocky.name] or [sRockyT.name], [sJulia.name] or [sJuliaT.name] ...) are sometimes present directly in the translation dialogs (with the text "Julia" directly for example). Making a direct change of the text "Julia-> Mom" is not possible because then some information wouldn't be loaded (such as images because the game would look for a "sMom" that doesn't exist instead of "sJulia") ... So for now it's hard to change if I don't understand the new dynamics.
