Sometimes when I replay the game, after meeting Lucy, her status will not be displayed. Even when I play for the first time, Ava's status is not displayed. Does anyone know what the problem is?

What do you mean by status? Do you mean updating the quests? Can you elaborate on your issue and maybe add a screenshot?
I met Judy and paid for BJ. It showed that she improved her RP, but she had no status.
But when I played the game for the first time, I had her status, but not Ava's status.

This is probably because you haven't advanced her quest yet. She only gets the conditions to get added to that list when she reaches storyLvl=20, which is when you visit her house and Amelia tells you about her past.
It should be noted that relationship stats are useless for most characters. I posted a reply about this some pages back detailing what relationship checks the game has. Judy has none.

There is no character named Ava. Do you mean Eva? The doctor at the hospital? You never have sex with her (at least for now).

Don't really understand what you mean by difference, you can have sex with her visiting her room, have a threesome with her and Elena (old Vampire) and with her and Amelia 17:00 meeting room, and with the girl alone under the shower (anal as well) that makes no difference in the story.

The paid sex scenes with Judy only matter to unlock achievements. They're not necessary for the quests. They're just repeatable sex scenes.
But most women will have their own state when they meet for the first time. Is Judy an exception?
Ava exists in Emma's house and will appear with Olivia, but I don't know who she is, and there is no status to explain her identity.
I just searched for previous posts and found that Ava is a ghost. I just don’t know why she has no status after exorcising her. Or is she not a woman?
Judy doesn't play a high role in the story. You can still go to her house to have sex with her later, or do you mean that you won't be in her state until then?

Ah, I see who you mean now.
Ava isn't really a character in the same sense as the others are. She has no status. You either exorcize her or you don't, everything else is linked to Emma/Olivia/Sara and their quest. All your interactions with her are via those 3 (except for a repeatable scene after the quest is finished).
Much like Lilith also doesn't have a status.
Yes, the dev made some odd choices at some points. Like some scenes not being available anymore when you advance other quests (like the School scenes once you finish the Sacred Sex quest) or characters not appearing immediately on the character list.
