How the hell do you get the Bloody Moon quest to activate? All I have is "I have to watch Lucy's behavior the next few days"...it's been like 2 in-game weeks

It's simpler than you think if you don't have any more event tasks to do and you're stuck on the BLOOD MOON mission. Just go sleep at night for 2 to 4 days doing nothing until you get the BLOOD MOON mission, I did that and finished the mission.

Close encounters:
Go to the teacher's room in school to meet Anna.
Once you've met Anna, you just have to sleep or take a nap in your bedroom between 18h and 3h after 5 in-game days have passed from the start.
You need to sleep during a full moon (moon changes at midnight). Just keep sleeping every night and you'll trigger it.
You need to advance the close encounters (aliens) quest. See my first answer above and if you're further along the quest and have difficulty advancing, let me know what step the quest is in.

english seem to be badly bug seem him did not use the tl folder but make two ver so just not in text like computer game not in english edit OK not as bad as I first believe

The FUTA girl is the demon Lilith and to find her is in the church but you have to finish all the events of Richie's aunt I don't remember what the auntie's name is haha
Did most of quests like finishing Very Close Encounters whole and also reached upto end of pending quest Sharp Fangs, where Adriana agreed to help vampires. Then went on to do other quests like World Champion and xVideoz which I realized there was a bug which I could not proceed (after Uma's first victory and doing first video shoot with Angela and Martina). So I went to search for fix here and found a file named phone or something and it fixed. I was able to finish all quests EXCEPT one - Very Close Encounters. The game is treating it like I didn't finish that quest and it stopped at the point where Lily gives you Alien book. So I tried to redo that quest again, and since I already had alien book long ago, and it is still in my backpack but I can't read it as it says it has already been read when the CURRENT OBJECTIVE for this quest is to read that same book about aliens. So this is where I am struck and can't proceed further. Any fix? Or any line to enter in console to make that book unread so I can read it again and then proceed quest normally or else just a line to mark this whole quest as complete?

Both Lilith and Ava, if you don't banish them, can transform into futas. It's part of the Sacred Sex quest.
As chaves permitem cenas extra, como sexo na sala de manutenção (não sei como traduziram).
The keys allow extra scenes, like sex in the maintenance room.

Maybe because people can't agree what NTR even is? Some NTR-haters see it as NTR only if an LI is fucked by someone else, while others screech NTR if there is even any other dick than MC's in the game! So no, we are not trying to trick you, you just can't agree what the fetish is. Can't do nothing about somebody feeling tricked because their unique interpretation of ntr is not what the tag description entails.

What do you mean?
If you just want to unlock all scenes, there's a button on the top right that locks/unlocks them all (looks like a refresh button). This is only available if you go to the gallery from the main menu. The scene list from in-game (next to quests list) doesn't have it.
