there is already one in game , go to your room , lock door and select which scene to fap (no, serious, in game not making fun of you I know it sounds weired)

That seems like a corrupt file issue, or windows defender/AV deleting some file when extracting. Or placing new files on top of old.
Try downloading the game again and extracting to a new folder and keep an eye on windows defender/AV while doing so.

I have Download the Game new and Problem is still the Same...
