Did the dev ever get around to fixing the sound issue? It's been on my 'ignore' list for a couple years, but noticed an update & looked to try to remember why I ignored it...

Other than one person saying the toggles didn't work, couldn't find any current refs to volume levels, thought I'd ask

The sound works now it is just that the Startup is gone the whole intro

Short term solution, grab the script.rpy attached to this message, put it in your game directory, start a new game.

For whatever reason, the file provided in 0.74's compiled script has

    jump playerBedroom

    jump tutorial

So I just commented out the jump straight to the bedroom so it will actually go to the tutorial. I assume it proceeds normally from there, but if not holler and I'll look if the DEV hasn't put up a fix before then.

Thanks! All caught up on current content through 0.74. So, I'll take a fresh DL of 0.74 in a new folder and try this out in a test environment. Thanks again! Adventure ever on friend, Phat

PS: I'm hip to the copy/paste into notepad and save as script.rpy thing but not everyone is... Might be nice to post this as a zip file. Will do that tomorrow after I have a chance to test...

Okay..... weird test results... I saved your script.rpy in notepad as script.rpy but when I dropped it in my game folder, the game wouldn't open! However, I went back into the game folder and deleted said script.rpy and then the intro and tutorial popped right up when I started a new game! Like I said, weird test results but I have to call it successful as it does work if you install the file, try to start the game, close the error, delete the file and then open the game for a new play. I also tried recent saves which work as well.

Where were you the last update? The bar was the focus there.

This should fix the phone issue. Put the folder in the archive into your 'game' folder and it should work as intended.

I'm seeing more unique dialogue with more of the girls in the bar too so MC can actually have a few conversations. TBH, I'd like to see the generic dialogue just go away altogether. None of the standard three lines have good responses. The only thing you can learn is what drink the girl likes and that is only through trial and error. But, there are over half a dozen girls now that do have a unique dialogue line with Lucy's leading to coffee and a BJ and Andrea the gamer girl's leading to her place for a prone bone while she plays her game! So, there have been some improvements. Hope there are more to follow there.
