Hol up, lemme tell Norsk to delay their container ship a couple weeks to wait for me to finish my porn game. Pretty sure you don't know how sailing contracts work. And in case you mean skipping this job offering and wait for the next: we don't know his finacial situation, unless you work as a sailor full time for a company freelance contract work may be very rare/unreliable. If he's low on funds he may not have the luxury of refusing a job now and risk not getting another chance for months.

He warned people so I think it's fair that he takes a break.

I guess you're right. Its the inner me think about all that time lost during the extra's and then the soundtrack thing that delayed the update months and months. It makes me skeptical and patience does tend to ran out after so much of weird delaying. Well, here's to another two months + whatever time comes next to finish this damn arc and then the epilogue...

Oh this I can definitely agree with.Most of these esoteric engine choices always bring more problems than advantages. If only he just used renpy like everyone elsethe game would've been much easier and faster to develop.

I know his reasoning is the gameplay elements this game has but honestly? Considering how many problems he's having I'm confident to say implementing weird UI to make the same gamepley in reppy would've been faster anyway.

So yeah, I just think this time it's more justified than usual.

Less buggy too. Honestly I'd rather more dialogue options than the gameplay mechanics, and some could be made on RenPy too. In fact, a lot could be reproduced on RenPy with the right set of coding skills. The best part of the game NOTvil already does wonderfully on Daz3d
