i hope there's a serious reconsideration for the lack of quality of life in this game, everything from the save system to how slow it is to move around (and for some reason you move faster in the gym screen?), stress management, training, and no gallery. At the end of the day it should be a porn game first and an RPG second. If players wanted a more robust RPG experience go play literally any RPG you dig up on Steam. The porn game content feels like you have to trudge through swamps to get to.

The game is coming out Q4, so in a few months, I don't think much will be fixed they will just add the voice acting and the other 2 characters etc, I wouldn't expect much from this game unless right now they are hiding a ton of content from us and just giving us a demo but why would they still slowly be patching this version with little updates, sounds like this game is going to be a let down.

The game does an autosave whenever you go to sleep. So if your training session went wrong or you did a big mistake you are forced to start the day anew and all progress is lost. There's no normal save option right now and it's debatable if there ever will be one.

hit P to open the cheat menu and enter 0200 to manually save. ... so far that's the only actually cheat I've found brute forcing the combinations
And I've gone through... 2440 combinations at this point. ticking the number up by one each time is tedious and... rather unrewarding so far. The manual save function is literally the only thing I've found at the moment.

I'll admit I've never followed the team that makes this game, but just from what I've read throughout this entire thread I'm picking up the feeling it's almost certainly not going to be released within a few months.

The project looks interesting and even if it gets finished and ppl wants more from it you can always mod it as its using node.js and json
As for the database limitation of MV you can override it.. and good games will only use their integrated scripting only to call plugins anyway

I thought they already finished roundscape and this was next... sadly this is still in the backseat. December should have a big post about this but they're already 2 months late on the big content patch that was supposed to be released in september.
