Do you mean her portrait in the bottom left or the one to the right? Because the one in the bottom left is supposed to be naked, where as the one on the right isn't.

Yeah, just the standard bust portrait. I played this game a long time ago, and I don't remember her always being naked, but in this version, looking through the image files, there are no clothed busts.
