I really didn't saw it like that, Aiden has trust issues on the part when he is officially sharing "ownership" of a work project because of what happened with Cassandra, that is what is his afraid of and what triggers the anxiety, to be stabbed in the back again in a partnership where both parties are more than just business partners with no emotional entanglements.

It is not a materialistic concern or of possession because what I see is that there is really genuine trust between them and he knows even without an official ownership on Artemis or the code etc etc that Kindra will always trust and involve him on whatever THEY decide for Artemis and their work together. He is just afraid that if the status quo between them change (being official and legally partners) that it triggers his past trauma and afraid that will happen again.

Anyway maybe my point of view is wrong (or I couldn't put in words what I really think and took about this topic) or old fashioned and probably I'm naive (or even stupid) for this world because I'm much alike Aiden in that regard, care more with emotional connections and doing the right thing than materialistic/ownership connections.
Come now, being selfless is not stupid; it is OK if you enjoy doing things without any monetary gain. Apologize if my posts gave you such impression.

Problem of our -at least for me- argument is rejecting partnership but accepting working as employee. So, it is totally OK by me if he says something like "K; I don't want anything, just let me stay here and feed me sometimes. That is all I ask.".

There's a lot of missing images in ch2
I replayed it from the beginning and didn't notice any anomalies. the only thing that bothered me was that living in a lame place it took me 12 hours to download it. Which makes me think, when we get to the end in 18 years, if I'm still alive, how long will it take me? I don't plan to transfer.

And then in 18 years will I still get hard?

Always seem to end up with whatever version the fucking patch won't fix.

All this bullshit with making retroactive changes for Steam releases is getting fucking annoying. At least the third major, mature VN this has happened with for me.

Fortunately, I saved by chapter and was able to open saves as of the beginning of chapter 5, and those are playing, and allowing me to skip through without a problem

More time fucking wasted because of retroactive shit caused by Steam...

Any idea of a fix for this?

Code:
I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While running game code:
File "renpy/common/00action_file.rpy", line 479, in __call__
    renpy.load(fn)
Exception: Couldn't find a place to stop rolling back. Perhaps the script changed in an incompatible way?

It would be awesome to have v0.6 to v0.6.1b update only, game is getting bigger and bigger by the day.
There was a link for the patch update from v0.5.1 to 0.6 but it seems that those links from the poster expired, think it was linked in the OP before they updated it to 0.6.1b since it was what I used. For the current version nope, all or nothing, had to download the full game download size.

The good news for later is that digi.B will split book1 and 2 when release chapter 7, or it seems so from what I saw and remember from a dev log posted somewhere in the last 1000 posts .

Updated my compressed Android port of _ARTEMIS with Scrappy's walkthrough mod to v0.6.1b.

Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.

Due to the size of this game, I've split it out so there are additional steps to install.

Install instructions:
  1. Download zip file
  2. Use an app like RAR to unzip the file. Standard browsers have issues with large zip files
  3. Install the apk file from the zip file
  4. Run the game once to load into the menu and then close the game. This will allow the port to set up the required folder in your Documents folder
  5. Move the archive.rpa file from the zip file to Documents/Eonor/e.artemis/game
  6. Restart the game
If you do not read the instructions and ask for help because the install doesn't work, you will be laughed at and told to read the instructions.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the ports and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.
