So, i did the first few stteps in the instalation instructions, and when it came to selecting the location, nothing came up to elect it. Am i doing something wrong?

I'm going to post this just because it was an issue that others might have at some point. Not having a searchable answer to your very specific question sucks.
I was using the loader to create characters, but it didn't actually create images for them that could be used in the game. Even editing the pre-existing ones didn't work. When the folder needed admin permission to paste something into it I had a thought, and it turned out to be right: you have to open loader.exe as an administrator in order for it to successfully save your created characters.

hi, when i try to change clothing for characters or when i to to look at them in the edit my game crashes

Oof, I'll be reinstalling my game because I got it to fuck up spectacularly. In the past if I was playing before I had to leave somewhere I could put my computer in sleep mode, boot it back up and resume. This time around upon doing that the game crashed. Upon booting it up again an NPC ran up to me and low and behold their face is missing save for their hair, eyes, and teeth. Doesn't matter if it's a sex scene or not nor whichever file I use. Even making an entirely new file doesn't resolve the issue, so with any luck the save files themselves didn't get corrupted in anyway.
Update. Reinstallation solved nothing. Something interesting to note is that this issue does not show up in the Maker, only the game itself.
Another update. Actually figured out what my problem was. One of the graphic options is what ruins everybody's faces. Basically I can only have two one at a time, but hey at least it's avoidable.

This is bullshit im trying to play the game but everything doesn't work what gives? I followed the steps and everything and it keeps crashing when I end up trying to interact with other characters. The models in the game are messed up aswell and everyone is bald, and the translations/text in game are just garbled characters and symbols. Is there any tutorial on how to install this properly? Or is there a download that the files arent messed up.

To fix the crashing... there isn't. What I learned to do is load another save file and see if it works. If it does and I'm able to talk to an NPC without the game crashing on that file, I'll reload the one that kept crashing and resume playing it. As for the balding issue, did you install hair mods? If you're using characters downloaded from the internet there's a good chance they're using hairstyles that were modded in, in which case you'll have to get your hands on the hair compilation. In regard to the translation, I want to say it's to do with your machine's locale because it fucks with text in certain games if not set to Japanese.
Also the very first page of this thread has a tutorial of how to install the game.

Anyone have a fix for turning down the mouse sensitivity when in game? For some reason it's super amped up different from my normal mouse speed, makes it so the cursor is skipping a long distance everywhere.
