The devil dreams appear in a cycle along with all of the other dreams, both good and bad ones. Once you cycle through all of them, the devil dream can appear again.
So basically if you wanted to cheat, you could save scum right before sleeping for the night and reloading your save until you experience any type of dream. Once you've gotten the devil dream, you'd need to cycle through all of the dreams before the devil one can appear at that point. Since there are like 8 or so dreams, you could technically get the devil dream every 8 days or so going this route.

Is it canceling out Invulnerability with an ability or is it still doing Burning damage but no physical damage when you're supposed to be invulnerable?
I had Antibiotics show up with 0 relations with the Wandering Trader.

I thought I read here that the Hollow Market vendor will reach out to the MC with an offer to sleep with them if you raise your Relations level with them to a certain level?

I still use 2.4 debug mod in 3.1c from time to time doesn't seem to cause any problems

For her I think I just sold her items for 0 caps a few times and that opened up the option (not just the trash items though. Not sure how long it would take if you just basically give her the trash items for free)

You don't remember what the Relations status with Hollow Market was when it triggered?
Was it still 0 or in the 10's or higher by that point?

Try downloading entire 3.1c game and not the update patch.

I don't know if it's because of joiplay or the game, but it's broken, you can't access the cards, the skills, the stats, the girls' notes, there are no fights, it's literally broken, But Curiously the story and the scenes with the girls work.

(White) Materials are only hard to come by early in the game, once the girls start doing errands/tasks for you, you'll literally drown in them.
