Why does Ivy have a cyborg arm in some scenes, but two normal arms in others? Is it removable? Even if it's just for strength enhancement, why where it during sex?

The same thing is going on with MC's eyes. I suspect time and/or reality is all in a blender on purée at this point.

I asked the dev on his discord on this, he said it was too taxing to keep putting the metal arm on her constantly. So there might be a story reason written eventually to why it can be removed and not.
do the renders look low quality to anyone else? but on the first page here on the preview renders everything looks clearer and good. is there something wrong with the download?

Just to make sure I understand the timeline:
8 Years ago the MC was "recently married."
7 Years ago Lora took Norman to the lab.
Norman is at least a teenager at this point, so Norman is not MC's actual son, but his step-son by marriage?
Lora is 36, which makes her 29 7 Years ago.
And Norman is 16-ish, so Lora had him around... 13?
And Norman can't be much younger than 16-ish because Mina is 6-ish, so he had her about 1 year after going to the lab?

If I'm remembering it right, they explain it (way too late) that Norman was adopted.
im so glad you said something cause i came here cause i literally got confused about the timeline myself and was hyper focusing trying to figure it out myself before i continued cause i wasnt sure if it was something i missed or not

I hope this past month has treated you well!
As for me — it most certainly has, and I’m excited to share some great news: I’m almost done with version 0.3!
Well, almost... I still need to polish the writing, finish a few choice branches, and—if possible—completely rework the Codex and Gallery systems.
Other than that… actually, that’s it. (I thought there would be more!)
