Every fucking artist (other than Hakyaa) that I've been watching for close to a decade now just keeps pumping out lower and lower quality slop.

They're losing their artistic drive because the market is getting worse for them.
1. People have less money for commissions.
2. AI is destroying everything.
3. The world's gotten angrier and angrier over the past decade with covid and wars and unemployment.
How can you be encouraged to make art when you might not even be able to pay rent next month?

I can't speak for everyone, but I think we were just lucky before and in the old videos we had similar fetishes to the author, for example it was already noticeable to me when he made HINA BITCH! 2 EX where I personally didn't like anything at all, and that was before Patreon. And now this kind of thing just happens more often, he focuses on some moments he personally likes and I want something simpler.

In what exactly? The final rendered frame? It's about as good as it can be given the style choice..
I think you mean "high quality content only YOU approve of, on the release schedule YOU approve of".
Quite the mental gymnastics there to equate two things that are not the same and also subjective.
ATD's Patreon ended a long time ago and SS doesn't show the numbers, so I really don't know how you can proport to make any claim as to the number of their subs or income.
Couple that with the fact that you're very likely not a supporter yourself.. best to just sit down and stay quiet.
The only investment any of you are making in this creator is the time it takes to wait for the download to finish.

There's nothing subjective about the quality of ATD's work dropping off a cliff.
He hasn't made anything even remotely as good as his Hina Bitch series in the last decade. Doesn't matter what kind of content you like. I'm talking about length, voice acting, story... these short, barely strung together clips with nothing but generic music over them don't hold a candle to what he used to create.
