There are 3 endings:
- you can avoid everything (but you'll finish the game in ~1 min)
- you can avoid all the ntr scenes and if you don't pay too much attention to the renders you get a happy ending
- even if you attempt to avoid all the ntr scenes, you still see one final scene.
sounds gay. wish these sorts of stories were the womans action, she does this because shes awful and not because of a big bad or a gay spouse

when you ask if ΝΤR can be avoided in a NTR game it is....
it is like asking in equestrian competitions if horses can be avoided.

From the women perspective: You live in a post-apocalyptic world where shelter, food and protection is important. Your husband can't provide this basic needs but you will stick with him if that is his choice. On the other hand, some guy saves you and offers everything to you and also to your husband. You spend more time with him and slowly fall in love. It is possible, you don't need to be awful in order to do that.
The concept was not bad, but it could have been expanded: how bad is the life outside the city? how good is the life inside the city? talk with other citizens, talk with Katia, talk more with your wife and discuss options, so on and so forth.

True. Definitely not like it's tagged as having multiple endings. It's also definitely not like there are other games tagged with NTR that have it as being avoidable.

For those that will continue to ask, NTR and humiliation are definitely not avoidable unless you want to play the 2 scene (no sex) route. So just move on this game isn't for vanilla people. Also, for only 60 mb, this game has more substance than you might think, so don't skip it based on the low size. Please skip it if you are a fan of the facepalm button.

There are several games with the NTR tag that have NTR avoidable/preventable.
That said, the real problem is that the "Notice:" in the OP is in a spoiler. It would be fairly obvious that NTR is not avoidable if the text in that notice was right in the description where everyone would read it.
