Technically yes you can, though it takes some hoops. However even if you skip the weekends with David, eventually Tasha will freeze out Alex which kinda makes it seem like she's at least giving David head. Well, I mean of course there is no way to put that genie back in the bottle. Though if he fixes things then there is a decent chance that future players will have a better experience in the game, then making a way to prevent David from fucking her is something that needs to happen. I mean the balance needs to be fixed too for sure. But if the David stuff was optional without cutting out the bulk of the game, then yeah, it could work.

To be fair to him, he's not the only creator that has gotten caught up on side stuff. It just never really works out that well.

With NTR it's just that we see that most often in say, a corruption game. Some insert themselves into the role of the woman as MC and she's usually pretty into it.
