I increased the resolution from 1366x768 to 1920x1080, improved the colors and sharpness in Photoshop.
I changed the colors of the menu, fonts to more readable.
I changed the music to one that suited me better and added another photo session (Triss and Yen - pictures from fan art's)
Such hobby-fun for my own use
For the game, music and fan art's I have no copyright and I can only use it at home.Edit: The game is not too big because is dead, it's only about 900 pictures.
Edit 2: I have a weakness for this game because I love Triss Merigold
I always play her path in Witcher 3.I never liked Yennefer, even in Sapkowski's books.
I think Yennefer is a love trauma from the author's youth

A simple way to get into great trouble - sharing something that is the property of someone else
On the other hand ... Renpy is a simple engine and using the tools that you will find on these pages within two weeks
you will be able to modify most of the scripts in the finished game.
We can hope that someone will want to continue the game

Based on my understanding of the site rules and reuploading of content (please correct me if I'm wrong Mods/Admins) as long as you aren't monetizing it and/or claiming the entire work as your own, and giving proper credits to the original dev (i think his name was Alex) there shouldn't be an issue with sharing your "Remastered version". Dont think the original dev would mind a fan edit either considering he abandoned his own work and closed down the only mode of communication the community could have used to reach him. Games get re-made and published on this site all the time. There are multiple Big Brother "parodies" with the same name, setting, and characters, while the game is currently active. This is the same as AWAM and other games having their own parodies/fan edits. I personally would love to see how you remastered this gaming and have been calling for a new dev to try and pick this game up while making their own version of it. Again I'd really like the ruling to come from a mod/admin though.Forgive me buddy but I like a peaceful life

It's been more than five years since this game was abandoned, but what's still unfortunate is that there's no David & Tasha office scene.
There is a 'Fan art thread' of this game, but there are only images that are not related to the game.
I liked David Root and it's just really, really sad that there are no more Tanya and Tasha scenes and stories.
It was a really good game, but it's unfortunate that there's no mod because it's not popular. I still haven't forgotten.

Been almost three years since I posted this and we still haven't seen any games truly try to make an antagonist who is actually competition for the MC.
Who has all the pictures from the game?
Or who can tell how to get them out of the game?

Just downlaod the game and find all pictures there. You would need to use something like unRen if they are in rpa.

I want to make an announcement about an upcoming remake. Below, you can find some previews. The work is not yet completed, but a significant part is done. It took a while to restore the original sets in a way as they were created by the original authors. Ala was a pain in the ass.

About Changes:
- I retained the original idea, but the game... it’s going to be like a new one. This time, players will play as Alex or David. This way, the game will allow players to choose their path.
- Original dialogues will not be used. The story will be rewritten.
- I will not remake old quests. The game will have new ones. Some ideas from the old quests are retained but those are going to be told differently.
- The characters are going to be the same but with more personality.
- The game will not have the old point system. Instead, it will be replaced with a far simpler one.
- In the first release, I want the game to contain some context, so it will take a while to complete.
- I am not going to rush in the story development. It will develop gradually.
- I will not create any separate pages or threads for the game until it is ready. For now, I will post updates here from time to time.
- I am developing this as a hobby, so I work when I have time.
- The game will contain animations. It would be nice to have an animator for scenes, but I guess we will see when the first release is ready. Maybe someone will show a willingness to join. I would also like someone to be involved in the coding as it takes time.
- Last but not least, I hope someone will be interested to see what how it is going and try the first release. However, until it is done, I can only show some previews. I will be following the thread and will answer some questions if there are any. If no one cares. Then just wait until some time next month until it is ready.

Not gonna lie, dumbing it down by changing the POV to Tasha and while not super complex in the OG it still removes the competitive aspect of the game between the MC and his father which kind of goes against the spirit of the original which kills my interest.
To be frankly, my original idea was to make separate gameplay for Alex and his dad. So the one can chose at the very beginning who he wants to play as. However, later I've changed my mind. In one way or another everything require testing. If play as tasha will reduce some story weight I might change my mind again. Before the release of course. However, I am not yet at that stage of making the final decision. Would be nice to hear if more people could express their opinion on that matter.

I liked the competition between son and father aspect of the game. I also know redeveloping such a dynamic will be quite involved.
I think its not a bad idea. Surely can shorten the work compare to the seperate routes option. But its also true that not everyone will be the fan of the idea to change to a female protagonist from a male. (see Big Brother and Glamour complains)
The funny thing you sort of remove the NTR option with this way as well, this is a double edged sword as well.
I know there could be options with Ala, Tanya but I think NTR from a female perspective not as entertaining. I'm sort of a fan of NTR but probably you should ignore these way until a very advanced stage of the game.As I see there is 2 possible main road you could work on.
"Sub": Tasha submit to the corruption either David or Alex or both of them. Slowly becoming their pet like the original story (This would be more faithful to the original story)
"Dom": Tasha realize she can manipulate the boys at the household and she slowly taking control. Forexample blackmailing Alex because he was peeping, stealing panties or get/find evidence on David's dirty businesses by getting closer to him (and his computer in his office
) or his business partners.Games like Manila Shaw, Ann's exciting adventures, Kate's corruption could be good inspiration as well.
