Because it is a massive update and the full version of the game. It wouldn't make sense to call a finished game 0.4 or something.
So is this rushed and feels incomplete or does it feel finally like a fleshed out full release? It's gonna be infuriating if this dev just decided to finish this as quick as possible to move onto a new project and as a result this feels like 70% of a complete game or something.

Multiplies XP gain/income by 10(TICKS A BOX) - 3, 1, 0, 1, 0
Multiplies Gold gain/income by 10(TICKS A BOX) - 2, 2, 3, 3, 3
POTIONS(Only get sound but no potions. Already had 300+ potions though, so there might be a cap) - 0, 1, 2, 1, 3
100 added to MAX HP/MP(If you have 150 as max, you now have 250)(TICKS A BOX) - 0, 1, 2, 3, 0
LEWDMAGE equivalent cheat(Ivy sprite is naked when in dialogue) - 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
P.S. When a successful cheat is activated, the square on the right will light up (On potions you will hear a sound)
P.S.S. Entering a cheat that ticks a box a second time, will un-tick the box a.k.a disable the cheat.

From 0.31.0 to 1.0.0. 31 major updates in. The game didn't go from 30% to 100%, that's not how versioning works.
Loved it back in its early version, I'll prolly buy it for the pc then play a bit on my phone

oh god, i have made a mistake.
I went for the new game+ option, because I had done an assload of grinding. Did Orson's working minigame the first time, ended appropriately. had to do it again to advance crystal, and now it just won't end. I went up through wave 15 before I figured that would be enough.
And now I can't get it to stop. I've just let it run in the background for a while, and it's currently on wave 76. These are some patient patrons, because no one has been served anything since wave 20.
Eventually, I just quit out of the game, but how can this be avoided in the future?
Edited to add: Well, I think I found the problem. I went to go serve after getting beaten in the dungeon and revived by the blessing. Didn't think about that before hand. Oops.

On a serious note though, version numbers are not decimals. They're version numbers.
0.31 means Version 0, Update 31.
1.0 means Version 1, Update 0.
It went from 0.32 to complete release because it had 32 updates before being released.
how do i get the key from the room? i imagine it's got something to do with the clock but i got no idea how to get it off
You must find notes hidden in the house (idr when) but tapping should do the trick. And then, in the order of the notes you must move the clock. Not sorry for mai inglish.
