Both parasite black and midnight paradise released on steam in the meantime with apparently no issues...and those are the ones I noticed.

When did they submit for approval though? I have so many experiences with non-H game devs having issues with steam approval, that I'm particularly willing to believe Mirthal has been on the up and up this hole time.
