Don't get me wrong, I'm not losing sleep over it. Nor is it a big enough deal for me to make a review of this game solely based off of that. But just like people complain about sandbox, I complain about lazy and tired tropes. I mean, would you say this same thing to everyone who has a criticism about this game?

It is only Patreon, Patreon only cares about incest, rape, blackmail, and underage content.

Steam and other sites do not care the least, those other sites only care about underage content (except I guess Subscribestar, that's why they all flock there), copyrighted content, and high school orientated content which circles back to point one.

No, it's not better, the game has had it since day one. Patch was added after the great Patreon crackdown a few years ago and still ongoing to this day.

Why am I just learning about this now? This game is amazing! Clearly the patched play was the intended use. The scenes got me rock hard. I will complete my wincest play first and then look for choice variations. Kudos to the developer if he or she is on here.
