New Link updated on itch.io to 0.99a this version is a bigger size given the higher quality files in this one, also days extended to Day 5 instead 4 to include Lain's mini game aswell.

Yes! you can keep your Vaginal Virginity while also doing anal prostitution events just avoid events with multiple guys in the future (gangbang events) you will be fine!
And bottomless/no panties events will be in the full game aswell!
