Her liking to have sex is fine but the biggest problem is instead of writing about her sexcapades its literally in the game as the first person having sex. As I said in a previous post fine she is fucking other men... have her do it in the background not an actual scene cause that is a automatic turn off for many people. If later during the corruption path the player chooses to share fine but having it right up in people faces right at the start and not a background story that just talked about is whats bothering people.

My own game has a ntr vibe in places but it doesnt have ntr because the LI's are not with other men ever in front of the player. its past events that have happened to them that get talked about or threats made by other npc's to the LI's. The threats of what they wouold do with or to them but it never has a chance to happen.

Realism waved 'bye bye' the second that the harem tag entered the picture.
Short of the rare Arabian Sheik and few reclusive billionaires and half the Mormons in Utah, 'harems' are the stuff of fiction, and even then it's not the 'bisexual girls agree to share the guy and each other' that VN's and porn games like to depict.

My point is this; Dev, you are making a porn game... I really would not worry too much about realism.
Especially if you want a larger $upport base.

In reality;
Most guys don't have 10-inch cocks.
Not every woman is bisexual, nor do they dress like they are going from Victoria's Secret convention to a porn shoot all the time.
Bathrooms actually have locks (which are actually used) and almost no one wants to spy on their mother showering.
Finally, some women named Karen are actually not total bitches (some are like 85% max).

So again, do not worry too much about realism. As long as the "Suspension of Disbelief" (a term I suggest any writer research) is consistent, the players will not criticize the realism.

I dont know why many VNs make every girl bisexual just to plan multi-girl path. Even the so called popular "real VNs" also protray girls with threesome possiblity to be bisexual. I never understood that. It's just a porn logic and far from reality. Dev can show MFF without girl on girl action and it's still can be called MFF. Or he can show that two girls are okay to share MC but not in same room at same time. Lot of polygamy marriages or relationships works like that in real life. I know, there are good number of poly relationships which are "bisexual" involved but it's not the actual norm.

I just started this and I got the first choice. Dev, do you know what is contrast? Contrast between colors make our eyes see shapes. Light grey font on light blue/whatever-gradient doesn't work. I was happy you didn't deliver your creation with only compiled rpyc files so I was able to change text color to something darker because background was light.

English needs work. Lots of words written totally in lowercase: french, american, holland... Some logical mishaps too. For example, in the starting scene with the taxi driver the dialog didn't actually show that MC told his name to the driver. "Didn't catch your name?" --> "Your English is great. Tell me we [do] have long until we['ll]get there?" --> "Nice to meet you..."

Little has two tees, btw. And "its turtleneck", not "it's turtleneck", because it's is always a shorthand for "it is". The possessive for it is its.

The end of chapter 1 is a bit confusing for a playthrough that didn't peek in the end but still MC thinks (after the night turned into a morning already) how hot it was to see somebody fucking without peeking. The script doesn't have a label for ch1_end that ch1_sophie_nopeek could be jumped into. If I was you, I'd merge end scenes in sophie_nopeek and _peek_after into ch1_end if not using ch1_rel_report to show the morning light scenes. Also, ch1_sex_dream3 was missing because it was called ch1_sex_dream3_intel.

Thank you everyone for constructive critisicm and letting me know about the bugs.

I updated the links to version 0.1.1 with some typos corrected, a few renders redone where Josh was missing the beard, and fixed the bug where even if you didn’t peek on Sophie it jumped to the scene in which you did.

Work is going well on Chapter 2, I have some vacation days coming up in August, hopefully I’ll get more time then to finish the chapter.

They don't want any man having sex with any potential LI (or woman in general) besides the MC. My best advice is to just ignore those complaints.

If it's good and people like it, you'll gain a following.

The issue is the fact that sophia is having sex with anyone at all, except the mc. First impressions count, its as simple as that. I am not a fan of anyone having sex or any form of mutual masturbation with my potential LI ever at all, but that is just me, but then again i am sure that applies to a great number of people who will be exposed to this vn.

My issues with a lot of VN is that they try to cater to far too many people, and they end up not pleasing anyone at all. Ignoring the complaints and simply pretending they don't exist is a recipe for disaster, a big disaster.

The fact that the majority of people will see that sophie is having sex with anyone other than the mc, is really not going to go down well at all, infact this single thing alone at least so far, will be the cause of this vn falling hard on it's ass. Catering to the minority who don't care, well given that the dev will want this to be a success, that won't happen unless some changes to sophie are made from the outset.

There can be various ways to do this without ruining the mc main storyline or the other girls. Make her a side character who is simply unimportant who isn't fucking anyone period. She can be a LI for the mc. I've no idea how you could do that without it looking corny or just forced onto the mc.

You could do a similar thing as above but not a side character, but as one of the main girls, but again she is not fucking anyone, similar to above she can be a LI for mc.

Just like Zoe she could have a crush on the mc, isn't fucking anyone , and there is some kind of rivalry going on between to the two of them for the mc affection. However as dev as said, the girls like to share, which would exclude this possibility altogether since I would run my own harem type thing. That being said, maybe the mc has to use corruption on sophie because she is some stuck up bitch or whatever and may not like the mc very much , until both she and the mc warm up to each other etc, i don't know.

This is the trap many devs and writers fail in, and the story becomes irrelevant, a well written mc either makes or a breaks a vn from the very start. keep him consistent throughout the story. his personality should be the same from beginning to end. let him have fun etc, but try not to turn him into some manchild.

How many other people are like the one that came into my voice channel and have no interest in saying anything but just walk away from a game? As we have seen few have liked the way she is shown in the game and even less have actually liked the way she is portrayed. So I would assume the majority is leading with disliking her and the dev should think about it. I offered a couple ideas to fix it without changing much other then removing that scene and letting the player decide later if "THEY" want to share her. That would fix people walking away before the first chapter even ends.

That's pure conjecture. Unless we take a poll, your guess is as good as mine as to what the vast monitory thinks, if there is a vast majority consensus. I'm not claiming it isn't the vast majority. I'm simply saying the vocal people aren't necessarily speaking for everyone. They're just vocal.

He will probably attempt to come back with a new game, like a lot do, when they fail first time, but with all the vocal noise about what he did here with this game, will probably require him to make a new account here under a different name, so he doesn't inadvertently associate himself with his previous mess of a game. I just hope he has learned his lesson. I am surprised so many first time devs try to go down the middle of the road trying to satisfy everyone, when they could just make a couple of generic games that doesn't involve all the controversy which ultimately will backfire on him and his team if he has one.
