The most noticeable thing about the writer change is that none of the men were monogamists on the ntr paths, yet they act like it in the last update. The idea that she just magically changed the people controlling her into romantic monogamists makes them feel written out of character, which in turn makes the writing thing stick out more than it would have.
It's possible it was a censorship/Patreon thing and not so much a writer thing, because just reading the old stuff would let the writer know that these guys are not Disney characters looking to commit to a princess. I think 99% of people wouldn't have noticed if the characters hadn't changed but like I said, could be outside pressure that forced that. Writers go in and out in tv shows, comics and so forth all the time. And nobody notices if they're consistent with character.
