And this game used to be so good with gradual corruption, its why I kept NTR on even on even when doing pure loyal playthroughs, it was interesting to read the characters thoughts, fighting urges, feeling guilty. Now everyone just has classic NTR game thoughts about cheating and hiding things from the MC, there is no more guilt, no more fear of being discovered, no more wrestling with morality.

I think the problem is the dev coded these inner monologues behind the same early game variable and seems he gave up on using relationship points thresholds all together(?) It makes no sense for a blackmailed Lara to now not be empathetic with the MC when he gets angry with her for breaking the rules with Tyrone, or not feeling any shred of guilt about it. 'He doesn't need to know everything'

I fear the game is treading a fine line into becoming just one more mindless NTR game, which are way to many low quality ones, that for someone like me that doesn't specifically enjoys the kink, I have to perform a lobotomy on myself just to be able to withstand the cringe of the dialogue and the cliche situations.
