There are. One is the original from way back when, left in as an homage to the original game, and then a new lighter but still edgy version, which you are more likely to see/get in current versions of the game.

Hey, it's okay. We're communicating. Besides, I don't think anyone is knocking a slutty bikini...I think were just keeping the amount of work to accomplish things in view. Also...if you don't like the original, (AvalonX) have you used the image style picker yet in the preferences menu? The other versions look different...might be more to your liking. Otherwise, you better hope Novaca goes a bit crazy and remakes that set of images in the 'closest to original style' form with something different.
