The game's plot is: the MC gets stranded in a foreign country and has to find a way to return home. All of the stuff he does, girls he meets, etc., are during the trip home. I think the ending of the game will vary depending on what girls you've chosen to have him spend time with in his journey back. So no, the game isn't just the MC daydreaming. Think of it more like when you see a movie that shows you a scene near the very end and then takes you to some time in the past, where things started happening to get to that ending (like in John Wick or Memento).

Yeah, I'm okay, mostly. Still working, but at a lower pace than I used to. Episode 12 is almost ready, but the last bits are killing me

No word on Patreon or Discord but I think the previous update was released to the public a week after all the patrons got it. So best guess would be this coming weekend.

Hi, if I bought the previous release on itch do I have access to this one or is it a separate purchase? Not that it is a problem, just want to understand if it's expected or I have a problem with my account.Promises, promises

Latest version should be 0.4.p4.03. Don't know if that's a wrong quotation or that you have an older version.
The official version, that's on Patreon and Itch.io, does not have any problems that I know of.
