Hmm...WHY does this title have a harem tag, if it doesn't have a harem path...or has that changed since that comment was posted? (It was the main reason I chose to play this title, but a number of previous posts contradict this has a harem path.)

Also, I'm definitely not a fan of the present hint system...it's actually just vague riddles, instead of actual real substantial hints that helps the player with their choices. Or what most players really want...is an actual walk through with short descriptions, so players don't miss their desired content with certain love interests.

And...when we're presented with towel hook Dolores, who actually tried to kiss MC in the lobby...and most likely she sucked and fucked MC's friend all afternoon long in the hotel room. Now that was a gross choice...:sick:...and was a huge pass for me.

Posting this small compilation to aid anyone with vision issues. As well, I included the 0x52_URM Ren'Py tool...which can be used to see what's behind most of the story choices. As well can be used to edit points, etc. (ALT m).

When ever a story choice or requirement check happens, a small window (top left hand corner) will appear. Just expand and review for point info.

Install: Extract and merge both game folders together. Run your title and enjoy a text box with slider (game_menu background was also changed to clearly see the settings).

I recall playing this a while back, but there no longer appears to be an Android version. Is anyone doing a port for it?

Answering a few questions, I hope.

I’ve been developing Back Home for three years now, and many of the stories have grown organically. That’s how I write, so I can’t tell you much about what will happen next. Only that your travel continues and you may, or may not, get Back Home at one point. There are a few things I can say, though.

If you can’t stand any of this, that’s okay with me. In that case, please, don’t play Back Home. There are many other games that you may like better.

But if this piqued your interest, why not give it a try? Back Home is a light-hearted story and shouldn’t be taken too seriously.

So most of the LI's are prostitutes, porn wannabe's and cam whores ? Did you choose these types of girls because you thought (right or wrong) that most people would like them ? Or is it because it's easier to write in an adult game than some regular good girls? Maybe just personal preference? And by real women do you mean that real women are like this in real life ?, Seriously, I'm just curious about the thought process.:unsure:

No need to be on the defensive, I honestly was just curious about the thought process behind it, but anyway good luck with the game ;)

But back Home is a game about real women and they all have a life. So:

  • Jacky and her family are naturists;
  • Dolores is a girl from shantytown who used to hang out with tourists for food and drinks;
  • Giulia was once engaged to be married, but lost her fiancé in a car accident;
  • Victoria is a successful businesswoman, earning enough money to buy an expensive car, jewellery and new boobs;
  • Hester recently lost her job and , with your help, investigates the possibility of a new career in porn;
  • Bibi and Betty are webcam girls with a spiritual interest;
  • Shelly used to be part of a hippie-community, but after a conflict she (unintentionally) burned the place down;
  • Robbie strips on TV while presenting the weather forecast;
  • Elena is a single mum. Before she meets you she had sex once, for less than half a minute.

I don't mind at all, but just a bit one-sided I guess? Like the other extreme of a harem where every single girl is a clueless shy virgin for MC. But it's fine, those harems exist right? So I don't see why not the opposite of it.

But to bounce from what you said - is it really that unreasonable to want to date a real woman with a real life who: Is not a sex worker, not a single mother, doesn't have trauma/baggage, has a natural body and doesn't show off her naked body to random people? Because that pretty much excludes every single girl except for Shelly I guess? But her description here is vague.

I'll check out the game anyway, it will probably be fun if I play it like a fuckboy, the renders look very nice. Usually I prefer to roleplay a very modest MC that takes love and romance seriously and is the polar opposite of a horndog, but I don't think I see who exactly could be a good match for such an MC, though right now I don't even know if it is even possible to play such an MC.
Just sharing my opinion.
