About the TL
No, I will not do the dialogue, first, i'm not fluent in Japanese, even for my own language, I refuse to read a long dialogue text, I'm really sorry that I'm not a reader person myself.
But I do enjoy author's verbal explanations. Thus, here I am only will PS the images here.
Request & Priority
1.) You may suggest a main JP-based game or maybe CN as well that contains some image isn't translated by MTL or any software you used, you also can check the difference fonts that author used to determine is it a picture-based text, for example, the menu text is not same with the dialogue text or contains more than 3 type of fonts whenever you play the game.
For example:
2.) To support the above statement, however, the game you suggested is not prioritized I will have you to remember it.
I will go through it one by one, if I can't find the game somewhere, then I'm sorry that I can't do it, you may provide the download as well.
3.) It sometimes take months but with commissioned, I will rush for you~!

About commission with conditions
1.) NO to Ongoing project that doing tl for the whole game, unless it's a confirmed Abandoned .
2.) NO to one-month before released project by a group or a person's affiliated.
3.) NO to more than 60 images with long dialogues on it, eg: Vitamin Quest 2.
4.) Some simple overlay image where you could see clearly over the text to a game with consistent amount of beautiful and stylist text, art, dialogue boxes, etc.
5.) More to be addons.
