Maybe later in the game? For the few hours I played, I didn't see a major physical change of some kind, but following the plot of the story, it seems that there will be strange things will happen in end game.

Check if your antivirus deleted the crack.
Run the game through the SmartSteamLoader.exe
Idk how but after playing it for 40 hours some of my files got missing in the game and now i can t access the game anybody knows what happened?
This game is QUITE big if you decide to go for all the routes. The transformation tag I think happens mainly in the 2nd playthrough when you are on Nanoha's route and go for the bad ending.

I have no clue how to locate the saves for the pre patched steam version as I unfortunately dont have time to rank up everything as much as I am having fun with the game as I am already on the last route.

Sorry to ask a dumb question but what the difference between this version of the game and the other one? what's so good about GoG (I have seen a lot of people asking for games as GoG versions for some reason)GOG version of Baldr's Sky

Yes, its the game crack, if you delete it you will never be able to play the game
