I actually also tried to search using the game name with version, but your post with the links didn't show up, probably because it mentions [v0.7a] while I've been searching [v0.07a]
There to many errors at the beginning of the game wasn't able to put in my name or anything some other dialogue one of the girls keep going to error

There's a search function top right... Besides a number of people asking for compressed, there's also the compressed itself.
There's one (optional) scene with a trans woman, a random hook-up. I don't remember any full-fledged NTR in the game that I've seen, but one or two scenes that could lean in that direction.
