Banking on someone or something, is an idiom that basically means; to rely or depend on something or someone. Then of course, like PHIL said, the MC works at a bank so it's a bit of a double entendre in a sense. It plays on the fact that the MC works at the bank, but the real meaning is likely that Bella will be an important character to the MC, that he will rely on.

Hello! I hope you're having a great day. I wanted to mention that I'm really enjoying this game, and my favorite character is Diya. I was wondering if there are any scenes involving Diya in the game, or if they are still in development. If there are scenes with Diya, could you guide me on how to access them? Additionally, I'll be posting a picture of Diya in case someone doesn't remember her name, so they'll know who I'm referring to. Thanks in advance for any help!

I'm pretty sure they just rotate around and through various characters as they feel a scene would make sense in their story overall. There was nothing with Marta or Stacia, either, even though there was a volleyball match. I'm guessing there's something deeper going on with them so that having them absent made sense in their storylines. My feeling is that Diya is the same: she'll show up when it makes the most sense to insert more of her story, while also rotating through the various LIs so each can get some play time.

CM is correct with how different LI show up story wise. I've got the story outlined out another week or so, and when what LI appear and when etc.

Well, I too don't like to just whine about someone else's hard work. That person puts their time and imagination into creating a masterpiece that we will later play, comment on, like, or dislike. This applies not only to this game but to all others. Playing them allows you to step into the mind of a creator, and it's amusing to see how much people think alike while, at the same time, having their own kind of imagination. That's why I avoid whining or disrespecting someone else's work.

By the way, it's really great to hear that my posts provide a chill break from the usual discussions. I'm glad you're a fan of Diya too; she's indeed one of the favorites! Let's keep the conversation fun and respectful while we wait for the next update when we will, hopefully, get a chance to see Diya in action.

I prefer trying to play a game, maybe commenting on what would be nice to add if I enjoy it and see something that would significantly improve it. Additionally, if I don't like a game, it doesn't mean it's a bad game; it just might not be to my taste.

I also cheat money if I'm being honest (as well as charm & dark charm points; I'm a naughty boy hehe). But, afaik, you basically get an allotment after a certain # of days (just like RL! woah! ). Other than that, you have opportunities to make more money (again from my understanding but this might be wrong or incomplete): 1) getting promotions in the game by making the right choices at work will increase your pay; and 2) misc. opportunities, like for example betting money in a volleyball tournament and then winning.

I think those are the only ways. So, basically, cash is supposed to be treated like a limited resource and it's up to the players to figure out the ideal way to spend for w/e girls they come across. If you'd rather avoid the money game, you can just d/l universal ren'py mod and cheat like a true game pirate, yargh! But, keep in mind the author can't guarantee that this will be 100% bug-free in your playthrough, so use at your own risk. I personally haven't run into any issues so far. Good luck!

It's the creators fault. They're the one's predominately using things like Patreon while they're making the game. They're the one's running polls and saying that supporters can vote on features.

Developers brought this on themselves, can't have it both ways.

I, personally, stay polite and if I have a request or a suggestion I'll post it. But I don't make demands of anyone for anything. I was raised old-fashioned, where being polite is the goal.

I'd imagine it's supposed to be about immersion as opposed to "some kind of hard on for commercial real estate", and I'd also imagine eventually there will be some kind of story arc that happens when you are bad at your job, maybe some kind of submissive arc were you have to do things to convince your bosses not to fire you... shameful, degrading things.

Like Gibberish666 says it's pretty easy to cheat if reading/remembering is hard for you, it's a tough line for a Dev to balance, I for one am happy for the Dev to make it a little harder than it needs to be rather than risk slipping down a dull VN route.
This game is near the top of my watch list because it has managed to present itself as more than a porn slide show, and I hope it continues to aim that little bit higher with its immersion ideals.

MC is in a no win situation in this game. The very first scene welcomes MC right into the deep - when you play more, MC is doing everything this game affords the player to do, yet it fails just the same - not to mention lack of a paycheck right in the day it was suppsoed to drop and game over ... for shits and giggles, I guess.
Story wise, MC is always the underdog ... burning charm points to get anywhere while the ”devil incarnate” as he calls JAck gets the promotion and MC or anyone else for that matter is not considered for the position, they start looking for another hire, even tho JAck lost the deal and it is canonical that the firm is not making money - the talks from the boss are very telling - yet someone else is getting promoted, boss goes on vacation while MC is relegated lower down the line, now MC answers to more people he has to ghost write deals for, while they get promotion and vacation in a firm that is not getting ahead at all.

There is no element of support. They keep their job and prosper while MC keeps his job.
That is it. MC never gets ahead. This game is a dead end job for MC in corpo business on top of spending big to even have relationships, let alone live a normal life. How would MC keep a steady income and a job if the whole point is him making it in the dating scene, while roadblocked all over the place?

This game is a miracel and it can only still be a miracle is MC is constantly on the receiving end of bad or worse situations where bare minimum and base human emotions and needs get met ... There does not seem to be any progression at the job or in the relationships, rather roadblock after roadblock for shits and giggles.

I mean it's a corpo job...but it's worse than that. It's a small corpo job where HR is irrelevant and there is no true board oversight. Where nepotism happens and their ain't shit you can do about it. Listen, I lived this lol. If anyone hasn't, consider yourself fortunate. This game is about 30-50% based on real life kids hahahaha! I don't write this stuff to beat the players up or be a dick. It's just shit based on real life experiences. If it gives anyone any comfort, my life is btr so lol technically it will have a happy ending.

A Week dude!! what do you expect it to be like, --everyone falls to their knees, crying "the One has finally arrived!", "please let us fall on our swords for you!!!"--, you get support from Rob, Sofia, Reggie (emotional support counts), you have potential support from Natalie, Emma and Huma (never underestimate the power of Admin), and probably most important you seem to have the potential for gathering clients into your corner. Who knows though it's definitely possible that all of this potential will be ignored and it will turn out to be yet another slideshow VN like you seem to think... I'm not banking on that though.

But I understand your complaints overall. The game feels very chaotic trying to navigate everything. However, my understanding is that it's designed to be played multiple times where making different decisions offers a unique playthrough with different scenes and so on. Evidently, most players don't want that kind of game which the dev has acknowledged. But what's done is done, can't backtrack at this point.

Don't know when a gallery will be coming, though. The bulk of the work is spent on the updates as it is I'd imagine.

That said, also when we started this game X # years ago we were in a different place career, family life etc. and had more time. Out of curiosity, if you were to just have 1 route rather than multiple, what would your default MC be? Romance stuff, darker stuff, or somewhere in between? Maybe depending on the LI? Like something tells me you'd have MC domming the feminist manager for sure But others like Kori, Diya, etc., I'm not as sure. It's a shame, because both sides of their coins are enjoyable Though I can't lie about which I tend to prefer.. hrmmm..

I encountered something that is frustrating me, the game said I was supposed to get paid on Wednesday, but Wednesday came and went and I didn't get anything. When I was asked about it the next day my character said they were paid. Am I missing something here?
