Don't judge the game solely because of its developer. See, play and experience the game as it is and do not mind the developers for that moment.

Also remember that those of us who do not support Jasonafex and just pirate the latest game version have no right to either complain about the monthly costs, nor complain about choppy, unfinished features. You are stealing this game.

I strongly disagree. When I decide wether I should invest my money into a game I always check the developer track record on the update and the time they take to update the game. For example I was a patreon of Summertime saga for 3 years, but lately the updates comes YEARLY when before they came monthly, yet the yearly updates come with almost less content than the monthly content from before. That's why I stopped supporting them. So yes taking the developer into account is very important when paying monthly for a service. ( I gave around 180$ to the people behind Summertime Saga over 3 years that's a lot of money for what I got out of it )

I also supported the developer between Curse Of Pleasure for 10$ a month for around 2 and a half years that's 300$ !!!! I stopped supporting him because he kept delaying his updates and as of today the last update was more than a year ago.

When you subscribe to someone on patreon you invest into the game being finished at some point, in exchange for that the dev releases weekly / monthly / yearly update so you can play the content that he added to the game so investing a lot of money into somebody that will never finish the game is a waste of money especially when let's be honest the content you get for ~ 5 to 10$ a month is seriously not worth the price BUT like I said it's to support indie devs that are passionate about their work.

Now for Piracy = Stealing not really. I never planned on supporting and paying for this so if I couldn't play too bad and I would move on. On the other hand if I really wanted to play this game and thought about paying for it but since I can get it for free I won't pay for it then yes the developer will not gain a sale but it is still not stealing. How many games on here made it BECAUSE of piracy ? Countless of them, this site is a literally free marketing for devs to get the word out of for their games, while we get to test them for free without getting ripped off, win win situation.

Edit : If I came into a store and saw a TV I wanted and decided to take it, it is stealing yes ? But if I went into a store and created a copy of that TV and left with that copy is it stealing ? Not really because the original TV is still there to be sold to someone so the company didn't lose any money.

I already confirmed the first point on the list. For the second one...well obviously, he doesn't have the birthright to be immune towards critique or reality and i will slap him for every stupid action he does if it reaches my ears/eyes. For the last point...yes that's how life works. I would have to be somewhat dumb to ignore all his actions and go into full merciful jesus mode all the time, looking for the nice guy inside of him. The way he acts = what he gets in return and that's more than fair.

No one forced him to be arrogant or aggressive on twitter and other platforms.

I wouldn't have played it just to have something that i can use to talk him down. It's simply not possible to ignore it completely if you want to have your own opinion about the whole product. Everything else would mean to close your eyes and i'm not known for that.

How can i support someone who has mood strikes like a pregnant woman who lacks food? If you ask the wrong question or encounter him on a bad day you get slapped hard or banned. Would you support him monthly if you knew he's not that trustworthy with finishing what he started and how he reacts to other people?

Imo people who support Jasonafex either don't know him at all, ignore the facts which tells a lot about them or, which i fear is true to some of them, are just as disgusting in their behavior as Jasonafex is and are comfy to be around him.

To everyone complaining about it not being optimized, I can play it on a 6-year-old laptop. I don't know what your doing but it's obviously not the game screwing your machine.

And the game was fine for me up until the last update when it was less than half the FPS, so explain that.

The login trick still works iirc. And for me the game runs at an unplayable framerate (8-16 frames per second and i'm POSITIVE i'm being VERY GENEROUS... maybe 6-12 is a better estimate).

I tried the game on a windows 8 computer and a windows 10 computer, tried compatibility modes, etc. and it has horrible FPS. So... :/ guess i'm fuckin unlucky like the rest of us

The game wasted zero time in freezing up for me the minute I tried to enter a stage. That's... fun.

I can't even delete the game because the folder is apparently open somewhere in the background.

So apparently you can only play the male character unless you login through patreon or subscribestar... meaning public only gives access to the gay content... meh

The Subscribestar login info indeed does no longer work. Weirdly enough, I can still start the 0.5.3 demo, which has the Subscribestar login "remembered", and I still have the content unlocked.

Maybe there's some file in the old demo that could be copy-pasted into a newer demo version, to make that Subscribestar login info work again?
