you need to date her on saturday once, get interupted by bunch of girls, and then talk to elisa at home before going for 3 saturday dates

you need to wait for 30 in-game days, and this event will happen automatically once 30 days past.
you need to accept the 5th plus quest to go to cemetery. if you don't know how to start plus quest, i recommend you read the walkthrough on the first page.
