No amount of cheating stopped it from breaking downtrue but at least you hadnt to spend hours on maid leveling , more hours on money/fame farming and even more hours to get nails/wood/concrete/paint etc to build the resort and again to stop it from breaking down
Probably though he was making a real game and not just some porn game for degenerates like usI've said this before, but I truly believe that at some point along the way, the dev got bored making porn and decided he just wanted to make the most grindy, confusing, frustrating experience he possibly could. Had you simply taken the renders and made a simple Repny game with a map, it would be the start of something amazing, and likely would have been so much easier to do.

I guess in the general sense the premise is really good with it being a straight up harem builder like you said, I don't think I really see what others think is amazing about the story writing itself but that's just me, (I also know Leocid is a native spanish speaker so that might be a factor). The woman on the island are not against the idea of being owned by the MC. Also interesting facts is that you get to play a short young boy who dominates taller and older milf, there is an appeal to that.
The problem is that Bastard girls is too focused at being a complicated games with RPG fights mechanics, forced routine where you have to spend the day studying, doing breakfasts, showering, etc.
It is also unecessary complicated that in order to unlock the new scens in the storyline, you nearly always need a guide beauce it is clearly not obvious and would have been much easier if the dev simply indicated it in the journal OR simply made that when you go speak to the character in their room, it unlocks the conversation.
Leocid2 has talent for ambiance, characters, renders, "story" but it's buried under unecessary gameplay segments that are tedious, boring and too complicated for no reason.

I'm lowkey planning a harem game of my own so I'm just curious what people really liked about the premise here and the overall feel.
The basic idea is interesting, and the setup, while not being completely original, is well put together for a porn game. Its certainly enough of a solid lead in to keep me very interested as we get to that point. And then the broad outline of meeting the various women and what their expected relationship with the MC can and will be was both motivating and hot. Yeah, the first version I played was already labeled as the rework, and that one was messed around with after that several times over. But I've been around long enough to see it keep going in the wrong direction before the eventual abandonment. The dev would add an aspect or story branch that was very tantalizing, but then leave it half baked while he then moved on to focus on other elements way off in left field, or making the gameplay more difficult and cumbersome.For some who don't know... This "rework" was already the 6th version of the same game. And every time it "ends" with about the same content as all the other versions before. The story never progressed from the point this last version stopped. After about 10 years the story is cut off at this point, with only some tweaks here and there. At some point we'll see a new "rework", we'll see hype in the thread and it will end the same.![]()
well 1st you say was Bastard Girls-0.1.5,second was Bastard Girls R.Also was a ugly unity versioni mostly remeber 2 version 1 ended with the villa that was almost impossible to navigate and some halloween/slasher fog stuff
the other is the last version with no clear end bit of gym here gas station there bit of resort and beach bar fame farming ...
its strange partly he listened to feedback (like the random school money event that with 2x -5k could run you in the reds so fast that it was basically game over) otherwise he ignored all feedback to the grind and doubled down on that
well i guess after all that time there isnt anyone expecting anything from this game/devIt is with great regret that I come to this humble forum to announce the definitive death of this game. I ask each of you to express your feelings and last tributes to this game, since the developer doesn't care about this game, since this is not the first time he has abandoned the game, then lose hope, the game will never come back.
