Cheats still work, I use them when I played through the game 4 times but there's still many grinding segments (forced for progression and also forced randomization of scenes that affect the story for some reason)

I extract the archive file and saw karina event image lot , but I can,t activate them in game.

Some events either have a literal random trigger after a certain amount of events happen and others require you to be at a certain place for a event to trigger, just refer to the walk through it's outdated but you should be able to understand how events work and most will automatically trigger

Its not absolutely the same, but Milfylicious does a good job of having a lot of women with that same general vibe.

I second what Dei-mos said. Holiday Island and EpicLust games are right up this alley. Apocalypse, Battle of the Bulges, Cockham Super Heroes, and his currently ongoing project Barbarian something I forget, are all great examples of what you're seeking.

There is no end. And trying to get there is a frustrating mess. The game has fantastic ideas and epic renders/models, but its not put together well.
guess its mosty the renders not being bought standard assets that made the game shine
