It is basically adapting the story of an Asian web novel xD that I know is called the ex-husband it turned out to be, which is the same as what you are commenting here and in that story if there is ntr but you do not pay attention to it later because of the hatred that the now ex wife

I liked the original premise of the story, but then it soon became a silly soap opera (in my opinion). I'm hoping at some point, the Dev makes it his own.

I do hope that the GF is a virgin. sure, she was in a bathrobe, but it could be something else, like a massage or they did go to the pool together.

Make the player be able to choose that him showing up at the hotel caused her to not go through with giving it up. Or choose that she did.
This is based on the Dev stepping away from the original story. What the Dev could do, if he wanted.

Wow, I didn't even play this title and it makes me feel real bad for MC after reading this. And I shake my head and wonder why anyone would want to play as guy who is being used and treated like he's a worthless piece of trash?
Then I look down and notice the forms similar threads area, and see that almost all but one have been abandoned that have the same similar NTR themed content. This is definitely not a feel good story for an MC.

Comes down to whether the player projects himself into becoming the MC or simply sees the MC as a make-believe character in a story. I see this as simply a story. I may feel empathy for the MC or I may think he deserves what he gets. Either way, I'm here for the story. If I can direct how the story goes, that's a definite bonus.

Our MC is one of the richest people in the country and I don't see why I should feel sorry for him. Obviously, in the next updates, everything will turn 180 degrees, and those who offended him will crawl in front of him on their knees.

Your wife is cheating on you literally at the beginning of the game. That is NTR.
On a side note, this is missing the Kinetic Novel tag and the Point & Click tag (would say Sandbox as well, since it has a map and locations to travel to and money management, but it doesn't have a daily time cycle).

I'm not a great tag specialist, but in my opinion, in this case, the "cheating" will fit perfectly. We do not see the very process of betrayal.
The game "Making memories" starts the same way, but I don't see the ntr tag there.

Honestly it's kinda sad that this still hasn't made it past the intro. I'm not even looking for any sex im just waiting for everyone to find out who he really is then never look back. It will be the only interesting part of this game.
