Great job on this, really enjoyed playing and hope to be able to play a completed version very soon. I cant really think of any negative aspects to the game at all that i'd suggest changing.
I felt the difficulty was about right, each interaction had positive, neutral or negative possibilities which is a well established RPG methodology present in several modern AAA games. There seemed to be a good mix of personalities between the different seducible characters, so you had to have a think about your conversation choices (if you plan to get em all) and stopped things getting repetative by making too many characters generic, its good to have the varied personalities. Nice that some charaters like the goth girl, will obviously need some more specialist attention to get inside her panties (inference in the demo you have to pretend to be a shady goth wanabe to convince her). Nice to have a save and load feature, so if you feel you're at a critical moment you dont fuck up your entire playthrough and of course its got some good replayability too (I can see the fun in playing back through a completed version to try out different approaches). Also enjoyed the good mix and application of humor within the game, some of the scenes, conversation choices etc really made me chuckle.
I'd quite enjoy playing through the complete version as it stands, but a few enhancements I can think of that may even make it even more enjoyable would be. Maybe allowing the gamer to modify the appearance (or a choice of appearances) of the games protagonist, I tend to find gamers feel more immersed in an RPG when they can connect with a charater they feel they have created themselves or a charter that is an avatar of themselves. Having said that, being able to choose the name of your character is a good enough nice touch and without being able to change the appearance of the protagonist isnt really a big deal here anyway (I wanted to see the conclusion of the story and beat Jose enough that I was immersed anyway).
One thing I thought could be fun addition would be as you progress (with the intention being your aim is to fuck every possible girl you can and beat Jose delusively) is if you manage to seduce and fuck Jose's mom, you get some sort of bonus. For example, once you get the opportunity to send Jose the picture to prove youve just fucked his mom, that demoralises Jose (possibly an angry reaction scene) to the point that he takes a -3 hit across the board on all his seduction bars? - which could be a tactical ace in the hole so to speak for the gamer, to hinder Jose's progress and boost your own.
Personally I'd quite happily pay a few £££s to play a complete version of this, so to say its free fun great stuff. I actually feel there would be plenty of mileage in a squeal or a series of these games (but obviously we need the complete first game first)
