I must admit I have zero knowledge in term of RPGM games (and very little knowledge overall about games compared to most of the forums) but the little I saw from these types of games, the MC is often a woman who tries to break free or avoid getting caught. Being the 'bad' guy in charge makes for a nice change of scenery and the ratio of features/time involved is pretty decent in my opinion.
Let me know how you found it and if anyone knows games of this kind worth mentioning, let us know!

There's a decent amount of variety when it comes to rpgmaker and there are tons of japanese games with maledom bdsm themes. I think this thread has mostly just focused on western games (and especially 3d graphics) so far.
Some more games worth keeping an eye on.
Long Road Home: Not the biggest fan of the writing in this game but it’s solid enough for what it is and in my opinion improves a lot after the opening. The game has had some maledom vibes from the start but for the most part has been fairly vanilla in that regard, but that seems to be slowly changing as of the latest updates. You start getting the choice with each girl of whether the MC is going to treat them normally or in a more “alpha” way and with some of the girls you choose whether you will go further and treat them as a submissive. Right now the BDSM elements seem more theoretical than anything but it looks promising.
That New Teacher: A game that seems heavily inspired by games like the headmaster and stormside. You play as the new teacher at a school who has been given the power to enforce discipline and punish the students and teachers however you see fit. They’re not too deep into that aspect of the story yet so there haven't been that many punishment scenes but the main character acts dominantly in most of the normal sex scenes and I’m betting that as we get even deeper in we’re only going to get more. Overall I think it’s very promising.
Race of Life: Not as much maledom content here, but it’s got a unique premise, a solid story and very good production values. The basic idea is that you’re a divorced PHD student working as a teacher while you finish up your research on a potentially groundbreaking new battery technology. Then an unfortunate accident forces you into the world of illegal underground street racing. So far there’s been an optional maledom scene with a pair of side characters and some hints that things might get kinkier with some of the main characters, but nothing too major. I still highly recommend it.

played v0.7q – html sandbox trainer game with real porn used as images – you play a male mc training other people’s wives. There is quite a bit of content already and the creator keeps adding more. Characters are interesting, dialogue and writing is good and it’s great how every woman gets her own approach. Scenes are rather inventive and varied and there’s a lot of them.
Has loads of different types of bondage, whipping, caning spanking, electricity play, wax play, exhibitionism, domination, hypnosis, cages,… - seriously, if I started listing everything the review would never end. Several of the women can be enslaved or seduced depending on your choices.
The only minus is that once a woman’s storyline is finished she only has repeatable content left. But with so many women I guess it’s unavoidable to stop adding events for them eventually.
Don’t let the use of real life porn turn you off, this is a great bdsm-trainer game.
Suffer to Please

played v1.3 – complete visual novel with a female mc. While there are some choices, all they amount to is resisting vs submitting. Depending on your choices you either get a softer or harder scene. There are also only two endings.
The story is about a woman getting abducted into a slave training program and getting turned into a sex slave. It’s pretty short but well made. The writing is decent and only has a handful of spelling mistakes, the renders are simple but pretty enough and the scenes are hot.
The female mc is deeply submissive and the game concentrates quite a bit on her feelings and inner thoughts.
Sure everything could be longer, more involved and better, but as it is, it’s a perfectly fine short game about slave training.
Has domination, bondage, predicament bondage, whipping, cages, a slave auction and training.
Well worth the 30 minutes it takes to play.
Taru's Infernal Pledge

Played v0.7.0 public version which contains the first three of the planned 13 chapters. The creator also has finished two other games so far, so it’s likely this one will be finished eventually too.
You play a female rogue who got trapped in a deal with a devil and lost her soul to some eldritch tentacle deity. Still in its early stages so it’s hard to judge properly – art isn’t great (the devil looks kinda silly), but writing, world building and scenes are pretty good. Plot is intriguing and characters also come to life pretty quickly.
It’s a html game, so expect quite a bit of reading and a combat system. Choices do influence the story but it’s still pretty linear.
I tried it for the bdsm and male domination tags.
So far we only got a handful of scenes – spanking, light domination and bondage. The presence of magic and magical healing makes me hope that we’ll get some creative use of magic and some harsher treatment (we already got some hints in that direction)
It’s promising and I’ll definitely keep an eye on it.

Played v1.0 Fix – complete, small scale sandbox game (the sandbox is your house and there’s one-ish heroine). I played it for the bdsm and male domination tags - It was okay.
The story is about the male mc trying to convince his childhood friend and roommate to become his girlfriend and have his children. There is some magic involved.
The good – the heroine is rather pretty, the animations and sex scenes are hot and the game’s main gimmick (the heroine splitting off her other personalities in separate bodies) is cool. I especially liked how you could fuck the heroine till she was utterly exhausted, her breath steaming and her eyes rolled up. Generally the renders and scenes were well made.
The bad – the creator was definitely no native speaker and it shows. The dialogue is stilted, the narration lacking and the writing not all that great. The characters are also kinda off.
Still it’s complete and there are some quality of life features that easily allow you to watch missed scenes.
Bdsm wise it’s pretty vanilla – sure, you are in charge during sex, there’s some light domination and some light spanking, but there’s only one real bdsm scene. (that one had blindfolds, handcuffs, a crop).
Also has pregnancy if you're into that

Played v0.7.12 – the game is about a depressed man in a dystopian future getting a special android maid. The storyline seems to be about him mentally recovering while the maid starts becoming more human and their backstory gets revealed. It’s focused on character development and very slow burn and as a consequence not much has happened yet.
Without the cheats it’s extremely grindy – thankfully there are cheats and you can skip the more annoying minigames. Sure, the depressing slog to earn money and get through the day works great to get you in the mc’s mindset, but I still found it annoying.
The game’s main draw are the beautiful animations. For me the sex scenes were still kinda boring because they just consist of you choosing an animation until you hit ejaculate. Only two scenes I can recall had actual story elements and dialogue.
I mainly tried it because it had the bdsm-tag but was disappointed (though to be fair the tag seems to have been added by the uploaders rather than the creator). There is a single scene that counts and that is just you walking in on a tied-up side character who has some whip marks. The MC just gets to have sex with her.
Wasteland Guardians

Has a bunch of skip-able minigames and qicktime events.
Personally I found it rather boring. Also only has a handful of sex scenes – pretty short and nothing really interesting. The story also seems to be all over the place.
I tried it for the male domination tag – meh – there’s one light spanking scene with the daughter and a choking scene with one other character. There are also some scenes with some light domination (blowjob, sex) but nothing interesting.
Maybe try it in a few years again, but as of right now, it’s not worth it.

The writing is pretty much standard hentai dialogue and writing.
I guess you could play it if you are really bored, but the art is sadly the best part of the game.

Plot is about a princess being abducted, sold as a slave, trained and escaping. If you are wondering how that works with me claiming that the game is only ten minutes long – it’s because the game skims over pretty much everything.

Has bondage, brainwashing, rape, prostitution and pet play. Mind control is cool as it seems to be a mix of controlling a person’s actions while the inner personality is screaming inside and complete brainwashing. Rather dark so far.
Plot is split between the evil corporation capturing and brainwashing girls to sell as sex slaves and the male mc and friends trying to find the abducted friend. The game is in its early stages and I’m not sure how it’ll turn out. (will it be an ntr game of all your friends getting brainwashed and raped, a corruption game of the mc falling into depravity or about the mc saving his friends – or a mix?)
Dialogue flows well and sounds mostly natural, writing is decent enough – I’ll keep an eye on it. As of now it’s too early to tell whether this will flop or turn out great.

The MC is actually a hero in his own story instead of some brain rot sadists, and Naomi offered real resistance.

I know it’s been quite some time (almost a couple years!) since I last posted here. Life caught up and I had to step away for a bit — but seeing this thread still alive, active, and growing honestly made my day.
A huge thanks to everyone who has kept the discussion going in my absence — especially @belphegor666, @junklord, @hansel-belmont, and so many others who took the time to share new recommendations and keep the list updated. You guys really carried it forward and built a great archive for the community.
It was also good to see many game developers take an interest in promoting their titles in this thread, which I am not against at all. Maledom is paradoxically the most popular yet most carefreely ignored genre after all. Feel free to promote the games here among the target audience. You never know how many patrons and game supporters lurk here. Overall, it's a good thing.
I’ve been catching up on some of the titles mentioned here, and it’s amazing to see how much the genre has evolved since I last curated the list. I’ll be updating the main post soon and I'm thinking of coming up with a more efficient method to rate the games in the main thread, so if there are any new or underrated games you think deserve a place, drop them below — I’d love to check them out and add them to the main recommendations.

Hi I'm back and I want to recommend Growing things up this time. The game starts pretty vanilla - I moved into an all girls house and they fallen in love with me. Pretty standard plots on this site and the writing is neither great nor terrible.
But in the later updates the game turned into a heavy BDSM theme and the player can choose between maledom and femdom.

Hello everyone, I wanted to brighten all of your days with a new game. It's called Oridelle's Anti-Evolution.
This game has been out for about seven months now. It's a Ren'py game, and when I played it back in March, I was not particularly impressed. I'm usually very hesitant to start any 'sandbox', because I hate grinding and endless reading. Nor did the first version give me any real indications that this game was gonna be any good. So I decided to leave it alone for a while, and come back later, to see if things had actually improved. Which I did today. And boy has it improved!
To start, the dev seems to have abandoned the 'sandbox' play-style, in favor of an easier, linear VN-approach. There is still one instance where you have click on something to progress, but that's a negligible inconvenience. (The dev has also mentioned getting rid of that one lonely remnant of the sandbox, in the future, so who cares?) All of this is to say, don't be fooled by the lack of a 'VN' tag. This game will not be a sandbox, it has become, and will be a Visual Novel-style game. For those of us who hate sandbox games
Next, and most importantly, the content.
First, for those of you who know (and like) Nympho Tamer by Bottomless Pit, this game will feel very familiar. The art-style is similar, if not the same, and the story is also very much alike. Right now the story is still in it's early stages, but a stronger (dominant) current is already showing. Especially in the latest update.

And while that goes for most devs in this business, it also means it's more likely to be abandoned, when times get rough.
All of this is to say, I recommend you play this game, if you like this thread. And if you like it, and you're able (like me), support the dev. Many of the games we like here, are smothered in the crib, or abandoned, because of lack of funding. So if we want the good ones to survive, we should support them, if we are able.

This game has been out for about seven months now. It's a Ren'py game, and when I played it back in March, I was not particularly impressed. I'm usually very hesitant to start any 'sandbox', because I hate grinding and endless reading. Nor did the first version give me any real indications that this game was gonna be any good. So I decided to leave it alone for a while, and come back later, to see if things had actually improved. Which I did today. And boy has it improved!
To start, the dev seems to have abandoned the 'sandbox' play-style, in favor of an easier, linear VN-approach. There is still one instance where you have click on something to progress, but that's a negligible inconvenience. (The dev has also mentioned getting rid of that one lonely remnant of the sandbox, in the future, so who cares?) All of this is to say, don't be fooled by the lack of a 'VN' tag. This game will not be a sandbox, it has become, and will be a Visual Novel-style game. For those of us who hate sandbox games
Next, and most importantly, the content.
First, for those of you who know (and like) Nympho Tamer by Bottomless Pit, this game will feel very familiar. The art-style is similar, if not the same, and the story is also very much alike. Right now the story is still in it's early stages, but a stronger (dominant) current is already showing. Especially in the latest update.

The creator actually finished a game, so I’m feeling hopeful for this one too. There’s a decent amount of content. While the plot is cliché, it’s well executed, writing is decent, girls are pretty and scenes okay. I especially like the design for the elf-girl and the catgirl.
It’s not exceptional but fun enough to spend an afternoon on.
You can choose whether the mc is ruthless or compassionate but that’s mostly window dressing – his core personality and the characters’ feelings towards him don’t really change.
Girls also tend to fall in love with the mc pretty quickly.
Only has the male domination and slave tag – content is mostly vanilla with you choosing loving or rough sex. You have several slaves who are bound by magic, but they are perfectly willing to obey all your orders, so the slave-binding doesn’t really come up.
Also has some (avoidable) sharing and swinging if you’re into that.
The only harsher scene is you torturing the princess who imprisoned you with lightning magic and raping her. That’s also the only scene where you actually use the slave seal to force a slave against her will. (or you could be nice to her and forgive her)
Better than a lot of other games on this site, but not exceptional – give it a look and if you like the plot and the characters give it a try.

Played Ep 2 v0.2.3 – rather linear visual novel with a male mc. You play a former criminal who’s trying to leave a life of organized crime. Sadly crime doesn’t want to let him go.
Firstly the good parts: The story is pretty good, the writing and dialogue is excellent (the people speak like actual people for a change), the girls are pretty and the sex scenes hot. The music also works well. The creator also seems to have plot at least partly planned out as he claimed that there would be four episodes – not more, not less.
The bad – it’s the creator’s first game and it shows: renders and animations are often rather uncanny and fucked up (f.E. mc has tiny hands in the first chapter). I personally don’t mind, as I am more interested in good writing, but others might. He also visibly improves as the story goes on and I do prefer that he drives the story forward than try to improve old scenes (and get the game stuck in development hell like so many other games).
I do recommend reading the creator’s summary as the mandatory heroines might be offensive to some (one has a rather colorful sexual history – but does stop sleeping around if you tell her to, the other looks rather young and has a history of sexual abuse)
There is some (avoidable) sharing if you’re interested in that.
Bdsm wise Aneta likes being dominated and hurt. Sadly the creator stated that “her fetish for punishment comes from an unhealthy mental state that she will have to confront over the course of the story”. A walkthrough or a guid mod would be really helpful because the game makes it really easy to miss shit if you accidentally miss some points or make a single wrong decision. (might be better later on, once you have an idea how many points of which type you need later on and what they’re good for).
Still check it out if you like good writing and an interesting story.

I tried it due to the high reviews in combination with the bdsm and male domination tag. Sadly I was disappointed – I do not understand how this got such great reviews.
The only good parts are the interesting world and the decent writing. The sex scenes are plain bad – they consist of a single, textless animation you can view from different angles that ends when you press cum. That’s it.
The characters have weird glossy skin, a lot of renders are pretty dark so you don’t see much unless you play in a darkened room and the minigames are a mess. I personally also hated the combat system.
After a short introduction you get thrown into a free-roaming section that’s highly unfinished. You constantly run into enemies that cannot be defeated or dead ends.
Only has a handful of short, bad and vanilla sex-scenes – stick it in – watch short animation – cum. It might have been better to skip the sex altogether than to deliver it like this.
I guess if you like games with a lot of minigames and a dev who tries to build combat into their game you might keep an eye on the game.
As it is the game feels like the dev had bigger eyes than their stomach – maybe this could be a good game in a few years of hard work – in its current condition I’d derec it.

I tried this game and played for a few hours. Did not see any bdsm content yet and tbh the gallery system is trash
