Ok I unlocked it! Brutaliity level has to be below 80 when finishing the middle domain: spite

I am unable to unlock Judgement despite Brutality being just below 80, though I suspect that's because my girls have libido level at least one each.
...unless it's not the scene animation I'm unlocking immediately but a skill I have to use later to unlock said scene...
[UPDATE] Nope, the skill doesn't appear, either.
[UPDATE 2] I've backtracked and beat spite boss with zero libido on both girl. Finally got a message gaining Judgement skill.

1. Accidentally click the mouse while I was still reading the tutorial screen, so I have no idea what is brutality (Is there a way to review the tutorial?)

^ Brutality level (un)locks certain endings. They are increased from losing a battle. Some CGs also affect brutality.
I would say neither because all the sex (before locking in the route) is unrelated to love, lust, or jealousy. But to answer the question I think you're trying to ask...Yes half of the scenes involve the heroines having sex with others and it's all easily avoidable.
Don't lose and they don't get raped, keep "brutality" stat low, and don't opt into the prostitution.

Fairly true, but avoidable iirc. I believe if you lose battles they get captured and MC is able to see everything happening to them until the magic arrow or whatever whisks them away.

But is there a route where you encourage them to sleep with others like in the other games?
Can't recall. It might turn that way if you lose enough and they become more corrupt. I think new training becomes available as that happens but I might be thinking of a different game
(I also think there is just some general sharing options among the training you can have them do. Though I don't recall if it was at all NTR/NTS themed)
