I didn't played this game before. I don't understand versions of it. I can see Ep 1 Part 1 links for PC and Mac and below it Because I Love Her v 1.0. So do I need to play v 1.0 before Ep 1 Part 1? Or it's earlier version? Or first season? I don't really understand it.

In this version ( remake) is completely up to you so far , if you want NTR go for it , if you don't want that don't go for it.
But sadly the path getting the most updates for now is the NTR one

and yes, the game is more netorase or vanilla, at least this version. the previous version of the game was netorase or netorare depending of the choices.
