Like many walkthrough/cheat mods the green options are the ones to select if you want the best scenes for all the characters - and could potentially lead to trouble if no harem is implemented. They can however guide you if you want to be loyal and have separate saves for all the main love interests - namely Lisa/Jane/Anna/Selina - whilst also having saves if you don't want a specific LI an just want to have fun.
To get access to Jade you have to be on Lisa's path and pick the right options on the boat. To get access to Catherine you have to be on Anna's path and reject her when the option comes up (probably be able to return to her later).
