Unless you did a clean sweep - cleansed all temporary data from the application/phone - persistent data is persistent.

follow-up question.. @the66, @Canto Forte or anyone who can answer.. what if I backed-up the save files before uninstalling it then paste it on the game folder after I installed the game again or the new version of the (same) game, will those save files work?

No...they are part of daz3d packages you can purchase..some are very popular which is why you'll see similar renders in alot of games
