You have 2 in the original of the game. You have the Mommy Mod by someone else, whom I hope they come here to do an update for it with all the new content in the game.

The incest is alive and well in the game. Nothing has been removed. The various mods add more incest by changing dialogue and/or modifying existing artwork.
