Because it was done in flash format, and it is only 2d compared to 3d games you usually find here. Also, it's in lower definition than games you usually find here (majority of games here is made in full hd).
You might need support for flash at your OS. As game is usually released as .exe archive, if you are Linux or MacOSX user, you might need wine, or flash player if it's .swf.
