It used to have a [Complete] tag, because it was finished. Than David decided to remake his own game just a short while later. This is now also finished, but the tag hasn't been added back yet. Presumably, the game will still receive some new content every now and then, but David now mainly focuses on a new project:

Showing it to specific women allows you to change their clothes. For the most part, this only works after the epilogue.
Increase your spice harvest to 5.1 tons per day. Just buy a harvester for every Fremen troop and make sure to send your troops to the biggest available spice fields. You might have to wait a day until the spice amount updates. Then talk to the embassador.

I mean a supposed old sketch of that scene, where she's flat. Apparently patreon got upset with that image so balsa had to rework alia into having those weirdly big boobs for a child. A few months ago some dude was trying to find that, i'm just keeping the search alive.

This is version 2.19.1. I see nothing unusual in there. I don't have a 2.19 and I don't know if that was ever released to the public. But I don't think you will find a flat Alia even in there. Alia's design had already been changed by that time. Look at her shower scene with Irulan or the lollipop scene in 2.18 and earlier and you will see her familiar boobs.
I don't know when David changed her initial design (gonna go investigating this evening), but as far as I remember, there was never a flat, and exposed Alia in the game at any time. Flat Alia only existed as a figure, that you could talk to and press the button on her stillsuit to expose a bit of skin, but no naughty bits. Then her design was changed and THEN scenes with her were introduced. If there's indeed an NSFW scene with flat Alia (which I doubt at this point), it can only exist as a sketch and never made it into the game.

that's it though, it is a sketch, apparently it was posted on patreon and it caused the whole alia with tits debacle. Honestly i wouldn't bet on a version of the game having it (even if usually a version with a sketch of a scene is released prior to the actual scene), i looked on a few patreon archives and nothing, if it was posted then it was scrubbed. If it exists, then it's becoming more and more likely that very few people actually have it.
And some people have confirmed seeing it a while back on patreon, but it's all hearsay at this point, hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this flat mystery.
Edit: This doesn't really matter but i was able to confirm that multiple patreon posts were deleted, at different points and probably for different reasons, this doesn't prove anything but hey, considering how long david kept flat alia before changing her design when adding her scenes, makes this whole flat alia theory have some credibility.

I’ve seen the movie “Dune” it’s based on the book, it’s kinda cool guys, a lot of stuff that appears on the movie appears on the game too just not the sexual content ofc to bad but it’s enjoyable, I recommend you guys watching it if you like the game
